The Sherwood Junior Varsity Basketball Team showed determination and fight in their victory over the Paint Branch Panthers. Feeding like a pack of wolves with an everyone eats game plan, the Warriors displayed their best team effort of the season. Nicholas Wilson shot 7 for 10 from the field, leading the Warriors with 22 points and 5 rebounds. Maxwell Brown had a tremendous game, scoring 21 points and grabbing 7 boards, while playing the entire second half with 4 fouls. Noah Elias played a courageous game, scoring 17 points with a badly sprained ankle, limping at times during the game. The Warriors were down by 10 points during the 2nd half. They never game up and believed in their game plan. Congrats on a big “W”.
